Where does Ticker Scout's data come from?
Every figure and every summary on Ticker Scout is derived from a company's own filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission: the annual report on Form 10-K, the quarterly report on Form 10-Q, and material current reports on Form 8-K. Each figure cites the SEC accession number of the filing it came from, so it can be checked against sec.gov. Nothing is estimated and no market price data is published.
