PeriodQ2 FY2026
Published
Unilever reported turnover of $15.17 billion for Q2 FY2026, the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 6.5% in US dollar terms from $14.25 billion a year earlier; the dollar increase is larger than the change in euros, Unilever's reporting currency, because the euro strengthened against the dollar. Underlying sales growth, Unilever's own measure that excludes currency movements, acquisitions and disposals, was 5.8% for the quarter and came mostly from higher volumes rather than price. Unilever publishes profit and earnings per share for the half year and full year only, not for the second quarter on its own.
| Metric | Amount | vs. year ago |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue | $15,174,866,903 | up 6.5% |
| Underlying sales growth | 5.8% |

Adjustments
| Splits applied | none |
|---|---|
| Share consolidation | On 8 December 2025 Unilever consolidated its ordinary shares, issuing 8 new shares for every 9 existing shares, alongside the demerger of its Ice Cream business. Both filings used here already restate share counts and per-share figures for every period they present as if the consolidation had taken place at the start of each period, so no further adjustment was made. |
| ADR ratio | 1 |
| Per share basis | Per-share figures are stated per American Depositary Share. The FY2025 Form 20-F states that one American Depositary Share represents one Unilever ordinary share, so the per-ADS figure equals the per-share figure before currency conversion. Share counts are weighted average ordinary share units as filed. |
| FX | Unilever reports in euros. Every money figure is converted to US dollars: income statement, cash flow and per-share figures at the average rate for the period, balance sheet figures (and net debt) at the rate on the balance sheet date. Rates the filings state are used where they exist: 2025 annual average €1 = US$1.124 and 2024 annual average €1 = US$1.085 (FY2025 Form 20-F), First Half 2026 average €1 = US$1.167 and First Half 2025 average €1 = US$1.088 (Q2 2026 Form 6-K). The filings state no rate for 2023, for the second quarter alone, for the trailing twelve months or for any balance sheet date; those use the US Federal Reserve euro rate (FRED series DEXUSEU). Each period records the rate it was converted at under 'conversion'. |
Notes
- Sources: the annual figures come from Unilever's FY2025 Form 20-F (accession 0000217410-26-000007), which presents income statements and cash flow statements for 2025, 2024 and 2023 and balance sheets at 31 December 2025 and 2024. The interim figures come from the First Half 2026 results furnished on Form 6-K (accession 0000217410-26-000057), which presents the income statement and cash flow statement for the six months to 30 June 2026 and 2025, and balance sheets at 30 June 2026, 31 December 2025 and 30 June 2025. The 31 December 2025 balance sheet is identical in both filings and is shown once, on FY2025.
- Unilever publishes a full income statement and cash flow statement only for the half year and the full year. For the second quarter on its own it publishes turnover (in total, by business group and by geographic area), underlying sales growth, underlying volume growth and underlying price growth, and it declares a quarterly dividend; it does not publish profit, earnings per share or cash flow for the quarter alone. The quarterly entries therefore carry turnover, its breakdowns, underlying sales, volume and price growth and the balance sheet at the quarter's end date; no second-quarter profit, earnings per share or cash flow has been derived. The first quarter of 2026 is not presented in these filings.
- Ice Cream demerger: on 6 December 2025 Unilever demerged its Ice Cream business, now The Magnum Ice Cream Company, keeping a 19.85% stake. The 20-F restates the 2024 and 2023 income statements and cash flow statements to show Ice Cream as a discontinued operation, and the 6-K re-presents the First Half 2025 comparatives on the same basis. Balance sheets are not re-presented: the 31 December 2024 and 30 June 2025 balance sheets are as originally reported and still include the Ice Cream business, so they are not directly comparable with later dates. Net debt at 31 December 2024 is likewise not re-presented.
- Line items: 'revenue' is the line Unilever calls Turnover; 'operating_income' is Operating profit. Cost of sales, gross profit and selling and administrative expenses come from note 3 of the 20-F and are available for the full years only; the half-year statements do not print them (the 6-K states a First Half 2026 gross margin of 46.8% in its commentary).
- Signs: expense lines in the income statement (cost of sales, selling and administrative expenses, net finance costs, income tax expense and the net monetary loss from hyperinflationary economies) are stated as positive amounts; 'other_income_from_non_current_investments_and_associates' is signed as income, so a negative value is a loss. In the cash flow statement outflows are negative, as printed. Total financial liabilities and net debt are stated as positive amounts (the reconciliations print them as negatives).
- Earnings per share: 'diluted_eps' is diluted earnings per share for total operations, including discontinued operations, and 'diluted_eps_continuing_operations' excludes them. Unilever's headline GAAP measure is the continuing-operations figure (€1.38 for First Half 2026, down 2.5%). FY2025 total earnings include a €3,373 million gain on disposal of discontinued operations (the gain on the Ice Cream demerger, note 21 of the 20-F), and First Half 2026 includes a €299 million gain on the sale of the India and Portugal ice cream businesses to The Magnum Ice Cream Company.
- Cash flow: 'operating_cash_flow' is net cash flow from continuing operating activities, after income tax paid. Unilever's own 'cash flow from operating activities', which its free cash flow definition starts from, is before income tax paid and is shown separately as 'cash_flow_from_continuing_operating_activities_before_tax'. 'capex' is purchases of property, plant and equipment only; purchases of intangible assets are shown separately. No free cash flow is computed here; Unilever's own free cash flow (cash flow from operating activities less income taxes paid, net capital expenditure and net interest payments) is shown in the non-GAAP block.
- The 'non_gaap' block holds Unilever's own underlying measures, each reconciled in the filings: underlying operating profit (Unilever's segment profit measure), underlying earnings per share (diluted), free cash flow, net debt, underlying sales growth and its two components, underlying volume growth and underlying price growth. They are not IFRS measures.
- Segments: business-group figures cover Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Home Care and Foods (turnover, operating profit and underlying operating profit for the full years and the half years; turnover only for the second quarters). Geographic turnover covers Asia Pacific Africa, The Americas and Europe.
- The trailing twelve months to 30 June 2026 are derived as FY2025 plus First Half 2026 less First Half 2025, computed in euros from the figures above and then converted at the average rate for those twelve months. All three periods are on the continuing-operations basis that excludes Ice Cream.
- At 30 June 2026 the balance sheet prints shareholders' equity of €16,194 million and the statement of changes in equity €16,193 million, a rounding difference; the balance sheet figure is used.
- The Board declared a second-quarter 2026 dividend of €0.4664 per ordinary share; the 6-K states the amount payable per American Depositary Receipt as US$0.5305, determined using exchange rates on 24 July 2026.
Uncertainties
- No exchange rate is stated in the filings for the second quarter alone, for 2023, for the trailing twelve months or for any balance sheet date, so those periods are converted at US Federal Reserve rates. The half-year figures use the company's stated half-year average rate, so a second-quarter dollar figure is not an exact share of the half-year dollar figure.
- The trailing-twelve-month figures combine audited full-year 2025 figures with unaudited interim figures; they are derived here and are not printed in any filing.
- Balance sheets at 31 December 2024 and 30 June 2025 include the Ice Cream business, which was demerged in December 2025; changes in balance sheet items across those dates reflect the demerger as well as trading.

FAQ · Unilever financial statements
What was Unilever's revenue in Q2 FY2026?
Unilever reported turnover of $15.17 billion for Q2 FY2026, the three months ended June 30, 2026. That is up 6.5% in US dollar terms from $14.25 billion in the same quarter a year earlier, a rise flattered by the euro's strength against the dollar, since Unilever reports in euros.
What was Unilever's underlying sales growth in Q2 FY2026?
Unilever's underlying sales growth was 5.8% in Q2 FY2026, the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company's measure excludes currency movements, acquisitions and disposals, and this quarter's growth came mostly from volume rather than price.
Did Unilever report earnings per share for Q2 FY2026?
No. Unilever does not publish net profit or earnings per share for the second quarter on its own; it reports them for the half year and the full year. For Q2 FY2026, the quarter ended June 30, 2026, it reported turnover of $15.17 billion and underlying sales growth of 5.8%.

When does Unilever PLC (UL) next file with the SEC?
Unilever PLC (UL) is expected to file its next Form 20-F with the SEC on or around March 11, 2027. That date is a projection rather than a company-announced date: it is derived from Unilever PLC's own filing history with the SEC, by taking the date the company filed the same fiscal period a year earlier and adding 52 weeks. The most recent periodic report on file is the 6-K for Q2 FY2026, the period ended 2026-06-30, SEC accession 0000217410-26-000057.

How this page was built
This page was built from two of Unilever PLC's own filings with the SEC, read one at a time. Nothing on it is taken from a pre-tagged dataset, a data vendor or another website. The figures are on the company's own fiscal calendar and in actual dollars, as the filings report them. Where the filings do not support a figure, the record says so instead of reporting a zero; this period names three such gaps.
A single company files thousands of pages with the SEC in a year, and no two companies file them the same way, so the reading and the assembly here are done by AI rather than by rules that break on the differences. Every pass is then audited back against the filings it came from before the page is published, and anything the filings do not support is left out and named rather than filled in. AI can still make mistakes. That is why the accession numbers are printed: the filing is the authority, and this page is a route to it.
