Published

Parker-Hannifin reported $21.50 billion in net sales for FY2026, the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, up 8.3% from a year earlier, and net income attributable to common shareholders of $3.65 billion, up 3.3%, or $28.48 per diluted share. Earnings grew more slowly than sales because a higher effective tax rate and much smaller gains on divested businesses offset wider margins, while operating cash flow was up 15.6% to $4.36 billion. Aerospace Systems supplied most of the growth, with segment sales of $7.06 billion, up 14.2%, and segment operating income of $1.83 billion, up 27.2%; Parker-Hannifin's acquisition of Filtration Group Corporation closed after the fiscal year ended and is not reflected in any of these results.

Coverage noteThe FY2026 Form 10-K presents three years of income statement, cash flow and segment data but only two years of balance sheet (June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2025). Fiscal 2024 therefore carries no balance sheet here apart from total assets, which the 10-K's business segment note reports for all three years.

This record holds exactly the periods the two current periodic reports put on their face: fiscal 2026, 2025 and 2024 from the FY2026 Form 10-K (accession 0000076334-26-000105), and the third quarters of fiscal 2026 and 2025 from the Q3 FY2026 Form 10-Q (accession 0000076334-26-000073). The fourth quarters of fiscal 2026 and 2025 are also included; see the note on how they were obtained.
  • Parker-Hannifin's fiscal year ends on 30 June, so fiscal 2026 covers 1 July 2025 through 30 June 2026 and its fourth quarter is the three months ended 30 June 2026.
  • Fourth-quarter figures. Parker-Hannifin does not file a Form 10-Q for its fourth quarter, so the three months ended 30 June 2026 and 30 June 2025 were obtained by subtracting the nine-month columns of the Q3 FY2026 Form 10-Q from the corresponding full-year columns of the FY2026 Form 10-K. Every income-statement and segment line so obtained agrees exactly with the three-months-ended-30-June column printed in the fourth-quarter earnings release furnished on Form 8-K (accession 0000076334-26-000082). The weighted-average share counts and the per-share amounts for those quarters are taken from that earnings release, because a weighted average cannot be recovered by subtracting a nine-month figure from a full year. The fourth-quarter cash-flow lines are subtraction results only; neither the 10-K nor the earnings release publishes a three-month cash flow statement.
  • Balance sheets attached to the fourth-quarter entries are the 30 June 2026 and 30 June 2025 balance sheets from the FY2026 Form 10-K, which are those quarters' period-end balance sheets.
  • Third-quarter entries carry no cash flow statement. The Form 10-Q publishes cash flows only on a nine-month cumulative basis, and the six-month figure needed to difference out a discrete third quarter is not in either of these filings.
  • Fiscal 2024 carries no balance sheet other than total assets. The FY2026 Form 10-K presents three years of income statement, cash flow and segment data but only two years of balance sheet (30 June 2026 and 30 June 2025). Total assets at 30 June 2024 of $29,298 million is reported in that 10-K's business segment note.
  • Derived subtotals. Parker-Hannifin's income statement does not print a gross profit or an operating income line. 'gross_profit' here is net sales less cost of sales, and 'operating_income' is net sales less cost of sales and less selling, general and administrative expenses; both are computed from figures printed on the face of the statements. 'total_debt' is notes payable and long-term debt payable within one year plus long-term debt. 'free_cash_flow' is net cash provided by operating activities less capital expenditures.
  • Sign convention. Every figure is stated in actual dollars with the sign the filing prints. Cash outflows are therefore negative: capital expenditures, dividends paid, payments for common shares and acquisitions net of cash acquired all carry a minus sign. 'other_expense_income_net' is likewise as printed, so a negative value means the line was net income rather than net expense.
  • Segment reporting. Parker-Hannifin reports two segments, Diversified Industrial and Aerospace Systems, and its chief operating decision maker measures them on segment operating income, which is segment net sales less other segment items. Corporate general and administrative expenses, stock-based compensation and acquisition-related transaction costs are excluded from segment operating income and are presented separately for segment purposes, which is why the 'other expense (income), net' line in the segment reconciliation differs from the same-named line on the income statement. Segment net sales sum exactly to consolidated net sales in every period shown; segment operating income sums to total segment operating income, from which corporate general and administrative expenses are then deducted.
  • Acquisitions. Parker-Hannifin acquired Curtis Instruments, Inc. on 18 September 2025 for a total purchase price of $1,065 million ($1,014 million net of cash acquired), reported within the Diversified Industrial segment; fiscal 2026 includes Curtis from that date, and net sales attributable to Curtis in the first nine months of fiscal 2026 were $161 million. Fiscal 2025 and 2024 include no acquisition spending.
  • Subsequent event. On 13 August 2026, after the fiscal 2026 balance-sheet date, Parker-Hannifin completed the acquisition of Filtration Group Corporation for a cash purchase price of $9.25 billion, funded primarily through borrowings under its credit facilities and commercial paper program. None of the figures in this record reflect that transaction; the company expects to provide the initial purchase price allocation in its Form 10-Q for the quarter ending 30 September 2026.
  • Fiscal 2026 results include an $84 million reduction of cost of sales recorded in the fourth quarter for tariff refunds received from the U.S. government, following the February 2026 Supreme Court ruling that tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act were unauthorized. Fiscal 2025 results include a $253 million pre-tax gain on the sale of businesses, reported within other expense (income), net.
  • In fiscal 2026 the company recorded a $578 million reclassification between treasury shares and additional paid-in capital to correct the historical accounting for shares withheld for taxes on equity compensation issuances. It concluded the out-of-period adjustment was not material to the current period or to any prior period, and no prior-period figure in this record was restated as a result.
  • The trailing-twelve-month block is the twelve months ended 30 June 2026. Because the FY2026 Form 10-K closes that fiscal year, this period is the same as fiscal 2026 and carries the same figures.
  • No normalization was applied. Parker-Hannifin is a domestic filer reporting in U.S. dollars, is not an American depositary receipt issuer, and has had no stock split in the period these filings cover, so no currency, depositary-ratio or split adjustment was needed. The comparison of the fourth-quarter earnings release against the 10-K and 10-Q columns therefore crosses no split boundary.
  • The FY2026 Form 10-K's report of the independent registered public accounting firm is dated 21 August 2026 and identifies revenue from product shipments as the critical audit matter.

Uncertainties

  • The third quarters of fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2025 carry no cash flow statement. Parker-Hannifin's Form 10-Q publishes cash flows only for the nine months then ended, and the second-quarter cumulative column that would be needed to difference out a discrete three-month figure is not printed in either filing used here.
  • There is no balance sheet at 31 March 2025. The Q3 FY2026 Form 10-Q presents balance sheets at 31 March 2026 and 30 June 2025 only, so the Q3 FY2025 entry carries income-statement and segment data alone.
  • Fiscal 2024's balance sheet is limited to total assets, which is the only fiscal 2024 balance-sheet figure the FY2026 Form 10-K prints.
  • The fourth-quarter cash-flow lines (operating cash flow, capital expenditures, free cash flow, dividends paid, payments for common shares, depreciation and amortization) are subtraction results rather than figures the periodic reports print for a three-month period. Because the underlying statements are stated in millions, the rounding caveat applies to depreciation, $89 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 and $91 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, and to fourth-quarter operating cash flow, capital expenditures, free cash flow, dividends paid and payments for common shares, each of which could differ from a directly reported three-month figure by up to about $1 million. It does not apply to amortization: the fourth-quarter earnings release (accession 0000076334-26-000082) publishes amortization of acquired intangibles of $148 million for the three months ended 30 June 2026 and $139 million for the three months ended 30 June 2025, matching the derived figures exactly, and its twelve-month amounts of $584 million and $553 million equal total amortization on the FY2026 10-K statement of cash flows.
  • 'operating_income' is a derived subtotal in every period. Parker-Hannifin's income statement prints no operating income line, and the subtotal the company itself uses in its segment note, income before interest expense and other expense (income), net, is a different measure because it excludes stock-based compensation and acquisition-related transaction costs from operating results. Both are shown: the derived subtotal in the income statement block and the company's own subtotal in the segment block.
  • Fourth-quarter per-share amounts and weighted-average share counts come from the fourth-quarter earnings release rather than from a periodic report, since weighted averages cannot be derived by subtraction. The release states the same net income attributable to common shareholders as the 10-K less the 10-Q for both fourth quarters shown.
  • Noncontrolling interest in subsidiaries' earnings is recorded as zero for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 and the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 because the filings print a dash in those columns, meaning an amount below the $1 million rounding threshold rather than necessarily exactly nil.

FAQ · Parker-Hannifin financial statements

How much revenue did Parker-Hannifin report in FY2026?

Parker-Hannifin reported $21.50 billion in net sales for FY2026, the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. That is up 8.3% from $19.85 billion a year earlier, with the Diversified Industrial segment supplying the larger share of the total and Aerospace Systems the faster growth.

What was Parker-Hannifin's earnings per share in FY2026?

Parker-Hannifin earned $28.48 per diluted share in FY2026, up 5.0% from $27.12 a year earlier, on net income attributable to common shareholders of $3.65 billion. Profit rose more slowly than net sales, which were up 8.3%, mainly because the effective tax rate was higher and the prior year included a large gain on the sale of businesses.

How fast is Parker-Hannifin's Aerospace Systems segment growing?

Aerospace Systems sales were $7.06 billion in FY2026, up 14.2% from $6.18 billion a year earlier, and segment operating income was $1.83 billion, up 27.2%. Aerospace Systems is the smaller of Parker-Hannifin's two segments by sales, but it accounted for most of the company's growth in both sales and segment operating income during the year.

How much cash flow did Parker-Hannifin generate in FY2026?

Parker-Hannifin generated $4.36 billion of operating cash flow in FY2026, up 15.6% from $3.78 billion a year earlier. The term borrowings that funded the Filtration Group Corporation acquisition were drawn after the fiscal year ended, so they do not appear in these cash flows or in the year end balance sheet.

How this page was built

This page was built from three of Parker-Hannifin Corporation's own filings with the SEC, read one at a time. Nothing on it is taken from a pre-tagged dataset, a data vendor or another website. The figures are on the company's own fiscal calendar and in actual dollars, as the filings report them. Where the filings do not support a figure, the record says so instead of reporting a zero; this period names seven such gaps.

A single company files thousands of pages with the SEC in a year, and no two companies file them the same way, so the reading and the assembly here are done by AI rather than by rules that break on the differences. Every pass is then audited back against the filings it came from before the page is published, and anything the filings do not support is left out and named rather than filled in. AI can still make mistakes. That is why the accession numbers are printed: the filing is the authority, and this page is a route to it.
