Procter & Gamble reported $87.03 billion in net sales for FY2026, the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, up 3.3% from a year earlier, and net income attributable to the company of $16.05 billion, up 0.5%. Operating income moved the other way, down 3.4% to $19.75 billion, as gross and operating margins narrowed on unfavorable product mix, higher restructuring costs and increased marketing spending. Earnings held roughly flat because two items outside operations offset that decline: a gain on the dissolution of the Glad joint venture in the current year, and the absence of a prior-year charge tied to the liquidation of the company's Argentine operations, so neither year's bottom line is free of one-time effects. Diluted earnings per share were $6.62 against $6.51 a year earlier, while operating cash flow rose to $19.56 billion, up 9.8%.

Notes
- The annual figures and the January-March quarters come from two filings: the fiscal 2026 Form 10-K (accession 0000080424-26-000103, filed August 4, 2026, for the year ended June 30, 2026) and the third-quarter Form 10-Q (accession 0000080424-26-000060, filed April 24, 2026, for the quarter ended March 31, 2026). The two April-June quarters come from a third source, the fourth-quarter earnings press release described below. Procter & Gamble's fiscal year ends June 30, so FY2026 is the year ended June 30, 2026.
- All dollar amounts are stored in actual dollars. The filings print them in millions; per-share amounts and the share counts shown here are in actual units.
- Lines are stored with the sign the consolidated statements print. Amounts the statements show in parentheses are negative here: interest expense, capital expenditures, dividends paid, treasury stock purchases, and net investing and financing cash flow. Cost of products sold and selling, general and administrative expense are positive, as the earnings statement prints them.
- Gross profit is not a line the company prints. It is calculated here as net sales less cost of products sold, and is shown for every period.
- Free cash flow is operating cash flow less capital expenditures. Adjusted free cash flow is the company's own measure, disclosed in management's discussion: operating cash flow less capital spending and excluding payments for the transitional tax from the 2017 U.S. Tax Act. The company reports $15,835 million for fiscal 2026 and $14,606 million for fiscal 2025; it does not restate the measure for fiscal 2024 in this annual report.
- Total debt is debt due within one year plus long-term debt, as shown on the balance sheet.
- The 10-K's balance sheet presents two dates, June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2025. Fiscal 2024 therefore carries an income statement, cash flow statement, per-share data and segment data here, but no balance sheet.
- The 10-Q presents its cash flow statement on a nine-month basis only; there is no three-month cash flow column. The two quarterly periods here therefore carry no cash flow figures. Nine-month cash flows are in the year-to-date blocks.
- Procter & Gamble's fiscal year ends June 30, so the April-June fourth quarter is never covered by a quarterly report. The April-June 2026 and April-June 2025 quarters shown here are taken from the standalone "Three Months Ended June 30" column printed in the company's fourth-quarter and fiscal-year 2026 earnings press release, furnished as exhibit 99.1 to the Form 8-K filed July 29, 2026 (accession 0000080424-26-000093). These figures are unaudited and come from a press release rather than a quarterly or annual report; each of the two periods is marked as such. They were not derived by subtracting one period from another.
- The trailing twelve months ended June 30, 2026 are the same as fiscal 2026, so no separate trailing-twelve-month view is shown.
- Segment figures cover the five reportable segments (Beauty; Grooming; Health Care; Fabric & Home Care; Baby, Feminine & Family Care) plus Corporate, which holds restructuring charges, certain employee benefit costs, interest and other non-operating items. Segment net sales, earnings before income taxes and net earnings were checked against the consolidated totals for every period shown; they agree to within $1-2 million, which is the company's own rounding to the nearest million. The 10-Q states that certain columns and rows may not add due to rounding.
- Basic earnings per share are calculated on net earnings attributable to Procter & Gamble less preferred dividends; diluted earnings per share on net earnings attributable to Procter & Gamble. Both diluted share counts include the assumed conversion of the convertible Class A preferred stock held by the employee stock ownership plan.
- Fiscal 2024 operating income is after a $1,341 million non-cash impairment charge on the Gillette indefinite-lived intangible asset. There was no such charge in fiscal 2025 or fiscal 2026.
- Both filings note that certain prior-period amounts within operating activities on the cash flow statements were reclassified for consistency with the current presentation, with no effect on total operating activities.
- Effective July 1, 2024 the Beauty reportable segment separated Skin Care and Personal Care into individual operating segments. The five reportable segments themselves are unchanged, so the segment history shown here is on a consistent basis.
- Dividends per share are the dividends and dividend equivalents declared per share shown in the statements of shareholders' equity: $4.2589 in fiscal 2026, $4.0763 in fiscal 2025 and $3.8286 in fiscal 2024.
- The company reports in U.S. dollars, is not an American Depositary Receipt issuer, and has had no stock splits, so no currency, depositary-ratio or split adjustment was applied to any figure.
- The two April-June quarters carry only what the earnings release actually prints for a three-month period: the earnings statement and per-share data, plus segment results for April-June 2026. The release presents its cash flow statement and balance sheet on a fiscal-year basis only, so those quarters carry no cash flow or balance sheet figures; the June 30, 2026 balance sheet and the fiscal 2026 cash flows are in the FY2026 annual block. For April-June 2025 the release prints segment percentage changes but no segment dollar amounts, so that quarter carries no segment detail.
- The earnings release prints only a diluted weighted average share count for each period, not a basic count, so the two April-June quarters carry diluted shares alone.
- The April-June figures were checked against the periods around them. For each of fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2025, the nine months ended March 31 plus the April-June quarter reproduce the full fiscal-year earnings statement, with net earnings agreeing exactly in both years and the remaining lines agreeing to within $1 million, which is the company's own rounding to the nearest million. Segment net sales, earnings before income taxes and net earnings for April-June 2026 also sum to the totals printed in the release on the same basis.
Uncertainties
- The two April-June quarters are unaudited press-release figures. A press release is condensed and is not subject to the review or audit procedures that apply to a quarterly or annual report, and the company does not publish a separate audited earnings statement for its fourth quarter. The figures reconcile to the audited fiscal-year totals, but they carry less assurance than the other periods here.
- No cash flow figures are shown for any individual quarter. The third-quarter report presents cash flows only for the nine months, and the fourth-quarter earnings release presents them only for the full fiscal year.
- No balance sheet is shown for fiscal 2024, because the annual report presents only the June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2025 balance sheets.
- Segment amounts sum to the consolidated totals within $1-2 million in several periods rather than exactly. This is rounding in the filings themselves, which the company acknowledges, not a difference in the underlying figures.
- Adjusted free cash flow is a company-defined measure and is shown only for fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2025, the two years for which the annual report presents it.
- Shares outstanding at each balance sheet date are taken from the statements of shareholders' equity, where share counts are stated in thousands; they are a point-in-time count and differ from the weighted average share counts used for earnings per share.
- Gross profit for April-June 2026 is $10,283 million as printed in the earnings release, which equals net sales less cost of products sold for that quarter exactly. Note that the release's own fiscal-year gross profit of $43,669 million is $1 million below net sales less cost of products sold for the year; the fiscal 2026 figure reported here, $43,670 million, is the calculated one.

FAQ · Procter & Gamble financial statements
How much revenue did Procter & Gamble report in FY2026?
Procter & Gamble reported $87.03 billion in net sales for FY2026, the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. That is up 3.3% from $84.28 billion a year earlier, growth the company attributes mainly to favorable foreign exchange and higher pricing rather than to volume, which was flat.
What was Procter & Gamble's net income in FY2026?
Procter & Gamble reported net income attributable to the company of $16.05 billion for FY2026, up 0.5% from $15.97 billion a year earlier. Earnings were close to flat because a gain on the dissolution of the Glad joint venture and the absence of a prior-year charge on the liquidation of Argentine operations offset a decline in operating profit.
What was Procter & Gamble's earnings per share for FY2026?
Procter & Gamble reported diluted earnings per share of $6.62 for FY2026, up 1.7% from $6.51 a year earlier. Per-share earnings grew a little faster than net income because continued share repurchases reduced the average share count.
Did Procter & Gamble's profit grow in FY2026?
No. Procter & Gamble's operating income fell to $19.75 billion in FY2026, down 3.4%, even as net sales grew, with margins pressured by unfavorable product mix, restructuring costs and higher marketing investment. Cash generation ran the other way, with operating cash flow up 9.8% to $19.56 billion.

When does The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) next file with the SEC?
The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) is expected to file its next Form 10-Q with the SEC on or around October 16, 2026. That date is a projection rather than a company-announced date: it is derived from The Procter & Gamble Company's own filing history with the SEC, by taking the date the company filed the same fiscal period a year earlier and adding 52 weeks. The most recent periodic report on file is the 10-K for FY2026, the period ended 2026-06-30, SEC accession 0000080424-26-000103.

How this page was built
This page was built from three of The Procter & Gamble Company's own filings with the SEC, read one at a time. Nothing on it is taken from a pre-tagged dataset, a data vendor or another website. The figures are on the company's own fiscal calendar and in actual dollars, as the filings report them. Where the filings do not support a figure, the record says so instead of reporting a zero; this period names seven such gaps.
A single company files thousands of pages with the SEC in a year, and no two companies file them the same way, so the reading and the assembly here are done by AI rather than by rules that break on the differences. Every pass is then audited back against the filings it came from before the page is published, and anything the filings do not support is left out and named rather than filled in. AI can still make mistakes. That is why the accession numbers are printed: the filing is the authority, and this page is a route to it.
