Notes

  • Every figure here comes from Everpure's annual report on Form 10-K for fiscal 2026 (accession 0001474432-26-000027, filed March 25, 2026) and its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter of fiscal 2027 (accession 0001474432-26-000088, filed September 4, 2026), with one exception: the three-month cash flow figures, which come from the second-quarter earnings release furnished on Form 8-K (accession 0001474432-26-000084, filed August 26, 2026) and are explained below.
  • Everpure, Inc. was named Pure Storage, Inc. until February 2026, when it changed its name to Everpure, Inc.; the company is the same and its financial statements continue without a break.
  • Fiscal calendar: Everpure uses a 52/53-week fiscal year ending on the first Sunday after January 30. Fiscal 2024, 2025 and 2026 were 52-week years ended February 4, 2024, February 2, 2025 and February 1, 2026. The second quarter of fiscal 2027 ended August 2, 2026 and the second quarter of fiscal 2026 ended August 3, 2025. The filings print the end dates; the start dates here follow from those 52-week years and 13-week quarters.
  • Periods reported: the three fiscal years the 10-K's statements of operations and cash flows present (fiscal 2024, 2025 and 2026); the two balance sheet dates the 10-K presents (the ends of fiscal 2025 and fiscal 2026); and, from the 10-Q, the second quarters of fiscal 2027 and fiscal 2026, the first two quarters (six months) of each of those years, and the balance sheet at the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2027. Fiscal 2024 carries no balance sheet and the second quarter of fiscal 2026 carries no balance sheet, because neither filing presents one at those dates.
  • Schema: a standard technology template. Everpure's product revenue is sales of its FlashArray and FlashBlade storage systems, royalties from hyperscaler shipments and Portworx term software licenses, and its subscription services revenue is its Evergreen, Portworx and Everpure Cloud consumption and subscription-based offerings, support and maintenance, and professional services, so revenue, cost of revenue and gross profit are split between those two streams as the statements present them. Subscription annual recurring revenue (ARR), the company's own key business metric, is carried alongside the statements; the company defines it as the annualized recurring contract value of all active, non-cancelable customer subscription agreements at the end of the quarter, plus on-demand billings for the quarter multiplied by four. ARR is taken from the management's discussion and analysis section of each filing, not from the audited statements.
  • Line-item naming follows the statements: `operating_income` is the filing's "Income (loss) from operations"; `other_income_expense_net` is "Other income (expense), net"; `provision_for_income_taxes` is "Provision (benefit) for income taxes", so the negative figure for the second quarter of fiscal 2027 ($1,988 thousand) is a tax benefit; `restructuring_and_impairment` appears only in the annual statements, which print it for fiscal 2024 and 2025 and show none for fiscal 2026; `capex` is "Purchases of property and equipment"; `acquisitions` is the cash paid for acquisitions; `share_repurchases` is "Repurchases of common stock". Earnings per share are "Net income per share attributable to common stockholders", and share counts are the weighted-average shares used in computing it.
  • Diluted earnings per share for fiscal 2024 is struck on net income attributable to common stockholders, diluted, of $61,941 thousand, which adds back $630 thousand of interest charges on the company's convertible notes to net income of $61,311 thousand (10-K Note 12); that numerator is carried as `net_income_attributable_to_common_stockholders_diluted`. For fiscal 2025 and 2026 there is no add-back and the numerator equals net income. The 10-Q prints no such add-back for the fiscal 2027 or fiscal 2026 interim periods.
  • Three-month cash flows: the 10-Q prints its cash flow statement only for the first two quarters of each fiscal year. The cash flow figures for the second quarters of fiscal 2027 and fiscal 2026 (operating cash flow, depreciation and amortization, stock-based compensation, capital expenditure, acquisitions, investing and financing totals, share repurchases and free cash flow) therefore come from the condensed consolidated statements of cash flows and the free cash flow reconciliation in the earnings release furnished with the Form 8-K (accession 0001474432-26-000084). The release's six-month cash flow columns agree with the 10-Q's.
  • Free cash flow is a non-GAAP measure. For the two second quarters it is the company's own figure from the earnings release: net cash provided by (used in) operating activities less purchases of property and equipment, which the company notes includes capitalized internal-use software costs of $12.5 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2027 and $8.7 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2026. For the fiscal years and the six-month periods, which the 10-K and 10-Q do not print it for, it is calculated here on the same definition from the statements of cash flows.
  • Trailing twelve months ended August 2, 2026: calculated by adding the first two quarters of fiscal 2027 to fiscal 2026 and deducting the first two quarters of fiscal 2026, using the 10-K (accession 0001474432-26-000027) and the 10-Q (accession 0001474432-26-000088). Per-share amounts and share counts are not calculated for this period because they cannot be added across periods.
  • Debt: `total_debt` is the balance sheet's "Debt, current" line, the only borrowing the balance sheets show. The $100.0 million outstanding at the end of fiscal 2025 was borrowed under the company's prior $300.0 million revolving credit facility, which was repaid in full and terminated on June 10, 2025, when it was replaced by a five-year $500.0 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility expiring June 10, 2030. The 10-Q states there were no outstanding borrowings under that facility at the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2027.
  • Operating cash flow was an outflow of $136.3 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2027, against an inflow of $212.2 million a year earlier. The earnings release's cash flow statement shows a $577.2 million outflow from prepaid expenses and other assets in the quarter, and on the balance sheet prepaid expenses and other current assets rose from $356.0 million at the end of fiscal 2026 to $1,025.6 million at the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2027. The 10-Q shows that increase is mainly in other receivables (from $250.0 million to $903.7 million), which it describes as primarily receivables from contract manufacturers for component purchases made and sold to them, and tax-related receivables. Its discussion of cash flows attributes the year-over-year decrease in six-month operating cash flow primarily to changes in operating assets and liabilities, which it says were primarily impacted by strategic component purchases to support customer demand and secure component supply.
  • Acquisition: on May 7, 2026 Everpure acquired 1touch, a data intelligence and orchestration company, for total cash consideration of $125.9 million; the statements of cash flows show $125.3 million paid net of cash acquired. Goodwill rose from $365.1 million at the end of fiscal 2026 to $466.3 million at the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2027. The 10-Q states 1touch's results since the acquisition date are not material.
  • Remaining performance obligations (contracted revenue not yet recognized) are printed in the filings only rounded to the nearest $0.1 billion: $3.7 billion at the end of fiscal 2026 and $4.1 billion at the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2027. They are carried at that precision.
  • No stock split, currency conversion or depositary-share adjustment applies: Everpure reports in US dollars, its Class A common stock trades directly on the New York Stock Exchange, and no split falls within these periods.

Uncertainties

  • Period start dates are not printed in the filings; they follow from the stated 52-week fiscal years and from 13-week quarters. The second quarter of fiscal 2027 is taken to run from May 4, 2026 (the first quarter ended May 3, 2026, as the company's first-quarter earnings release, accession 0001474432-26-000046, states) to August 2, 2026, and the second quarter of fiscal 2026 from May 5, 2025 (the prior first quarter ended May 4, 2025, per the earnings release with accession 0001628280-25-028151) to August 3, 2025.
  • Remaining performance obligations are rounded to the nearest $0.1 billion in the filings and so are less precise than the other figures in this record.

How this page was built

This page was built from five of Everpure, Inc.'s own filings with the SEC, read one at a time. Nothing on it is taken from a pre-tagged dataset, a data vendor or another website. The figures are on the company's own fiscal calendar and in actual dollars, as the filings report them. Where the filings do not support a figure, the record says so instead of reporting a zero; this period names two such gaps.

A single company files thousands of pages with the SEC in a year, and no two companies file them the same way, so the reading and the assembly here are done by AI rather than by rules that break on the differences. Every pass is then audited back against the filings it came from before the page is published, and anything the filings do not support is left out and named rather than filled in. AI can still make mistakes. That is why the accession numbers are printed: the filing is the authority, and this page is a route to it.
