## Filings that contain financial statements

GE Aerospace's quarterly earnings releases (Exhibit 99 to Form 8-K Item 2.02) are summary releases. Most carry segment and non-GAAP reconciliation tables but not full statements. The two below do carry statements:

- Form 8-K, accession 0000040545-26-000005 (filed January 22, 2026): fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 release. It holds a statement of operations for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025 and a statement of financial position at December 31, 2025 (with December 31, 2024 comparatives).
- Form 8-K, accession 0000040545-25-000108 (filed July 17, 2025): second-quarter 2025 release. It holds a statement of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and a statement of financial position at June 30, 2025.

The first-, second- and third-quarter 2026 releases (accessions 0000040545-26-000026, 0000040545-26-000047, 0000040545-26-000063) present summary results, segment tables and non-GAAP reconciliations, not a full statement of operations, balance sheet or cash flow statement.
